Made it, Ma!

Top of the World!

Heights can be scary. Fur a lot of People, this anxiety may be a common type of phobia. A phobia is an irrational, intense and persistent fear of certain situations, activities, things, animals, or people. The main symptom of this psychological disorder is the excessive and unreasonable desire to avoid the feared stimulus. When the fear is beyond one’s control, and if the fear is interfering with the Person’s daily life, then a diagnosis under one of the anxiety disorders can be made. Fear of heights is called Acrophobia.

Clearly, I do not live with acrophobia. I love to climb. Climbing is fun and great exercise. You should try it with your mom, or dad or under the supervision of a responsible adult.
